There’s room for 10,000 new homes on spare land in council estates, say Tories

We saw this article in today’s Evening Standard and thought it might be worth sharing.

Next time you have a wander around the Alton Estate have a look and have a think about where you might be seeing a new home.

We’d like to see the report “Gap in the market” which highlights 4,552 redundant spaces in 13 boroughs. Maybe it features Wandsworth, and maybe it features Roehampton. Then again, maybe it doesn’t at all.
