Sorry, yes, the title mentions rubbish and there’s a photo of rubbish. It was a pun, of sorts……

An Alton Estate resident has shared an article with roeregeneration regarding the ‘poor quality’ of new housing that is being built. The basis for this article is that there is a lack of competition.

So, for those of you that will be moving into new homes under the regeneration, you may wish to ask questions about the quality of the new build. A poor build might mean there is a need for additional maintenance and that may mean more cost.
