Western Area Housing Panel – 5th December

The Western Area Housing Panel met and for those of you that aren’t aware this involves the following Resident Associations;

  • Ashburton Sheltered Housing Residents’ Association
  • Cadnam Point Residents’ Association
  • Crown Court Residents’ Association
  • Finchdean House Residents’ Association
  • Glenthorpe Residents’ Association
  • Hayward Gardens Residents’ Association
  • Hersham Close Residents’ Association
  • Innes Gardens Residents’ Association
  • Lennox Sheltered Residents’ Association
  • Manresa and Minstead Sheltered Housing Residents’ Association
  • Putney Vale Residents’ Association
  • St Margaret’s Court Residents’ Association
  • Stockhurst Close Residents’ Association
  • Stoughton Close and Greatham Walk Residents’ Association

The Agenda for this meeting, in brief, is as follows;

The following pertains to the information at the meeting:

Related to Item 1 section 5 there was some discussion regarding the text “Pam Lucas, Stoughton Close and Greatham Walk Residents’ Association, suggested that the Western Area Housing Panel should request that the membership requirements permitted one member from a sheltered housing

Residents’ Association and three members from accredited Residents’ Associations. Shirley Price, Putney Vale Residents’ Association, agreed to raise this issue at the next Roehampton Partnership meeting”. As a couple of the Resident Associations felt that post-meeting actions did not live up to what was agreed in at the meeting of 19th September.
