University’s portacabin planning application heats up

It’s a new year and the University’s portacabin planning application rolls on.

At the Council’s Wandsworth (Conservation Area) Advisory Committee on 10th January the paper Number 17-19 has highlighted that it has put objections into the following Roehampton & Putney Heath ward planning applications (click on the below to take you to Paper Number 17-19):

Item 6: 2016/6070 & 2016/6078: Templeton, 118 Priory Lane, SW15

Item 8: 2016/5912: Parkstead House, Whitelands College, Holybourne Avenue, SW15

With regards to Item 8, it is uncertain when the one year extension is recommended from. For instance, from the time this retrospective planning application was first noticed as being required, or when it was first lodged as part of the first attempt (2016/1365) which was 15th March 2016 (yes, almost nine months ago).

Also, the drinking fountain on Norstead Place which was removed is also discussed in this paper as the second item under ‘Any other business’.
