Another communication blunder?

Introduction

In the blog ‘Leaseholder survey 2017 – what do you think?’ there are examples whereby communication from the Council could be suggested to have fallen short of resident’s expectations. This is another example that might well fit within this.

Background

The below photo highlights what the ask was, though the date of 17 July 2018 was the same date as a Western Area Housing Panel (WAHP) meeting and if you look at who the letter is addressed to, it’s the WAHP?!

    Communication ? Don’t make me laugh. I requested to join the ‘focus group’, and am still waiting for a response.
    All too drearily, sadly true.
