Demolition zone property sale prices, how much?

A question raised at the Roehampton Partnership on 26 September 2018 was how much the sale price of properties in the regeneration area. The response from the Council was that this was information which could not be provided.

Not sure of the specific reasons for the sale prices not being given though Zoopla can assist.

Allbrook House – is it having water sprinklers or is being demolished as part of the demolition?

Introduction

It’s an interesting question and how did this come about?

Well, this building, Allbrook House, SW15 4HB, is scheduled for demolition as part of the Alton Estate regeneration. At the same time, it’s one of the 99 blocks due for retro fitting water sprinklers.

 Demolition

One does not have to go back far to see to fate of Allbrook House. One need look at the Housing and Regeneration Overview and Scrutiny Committee (HROSC) of 20 June 2018 and read the paper

18-161 Appendix 1 and see that this building is one of those to be served with an ‘Initial Demolition Notice’.
